The company has a number of Associates who work alongside David who hand picks them to work on contracts which fit their skills, experience and abilities. Associates work with a range of senior professionals to provide support and ideas for tackling complex and often seemingly intractable situations. They enjoy, and are good at, helping people to think 'out of the box'. Their style and approach is holistic and they use a number of techniques to challenge and deconstruct difficult situations. We often encourage people to explore the context in which they operate in order to find and utilise new pathways of communication. Helping people think about how they “position” themselves in the work setting can be useful as can offering guidance on how shifting their position can bring about a step change in how they manage themselves, their direct reports and the managers or stakeholders to whom they report.
