Mik is a self-employed consultant to the social care sector with significant experience of working within the sector as a manager of provided services across Bristol, B&NES, North Somerset and Wiltshire. He has a commitment to the development of relevant and high quality services and a solid overview of the current drivers and tensions within the sector and the different local authorities.

Mik has a thorough grounding in a wide range of service types including residential care, supported living and domiciliary care and an affinity with the issues and challenges providers face. Mik sees his key skills in terms of:
