MICK HAGAR
Mick is a qualified Social Worker with 15 year experience, working mainly with both people with mental health problems and those with learning disabilities. For the past 5 years he has specialised in safeguarding vulnerable adults work and has held the coordinator role in 2 London Boroughs. Through Phoenix he has worked as a trainer (delivering the full range of safeguarding training), auditor (auditing a social work team's safeguarding case files) and independent complaint's investigator. He has extensive operational experience in adult protection and strategic experience in developing service provision, within this rapidly evolving area.
