• We identify with the main commissioner the organisation’s desired outcome and clarify exactly how Phoenix is expected to participate.
• Lastly we explore what behavioural indicators the organisation wishes to see evidenced within its work place for it to be clear the project was a success.
• Our approach involves the participation of the “target group” including both managers and practitioners.
